The role of a woman is to do my laundry

Posted by LuchAAA on Sat Nov 2 14:00:26 2013

I'm serious.

I feel that if I get married, my wife should have to do my laundry. I know many married men who do their own laundry. I'm thinking, "What the fuck? Why get married?"

How do you all feel about married men whose wives make them do their own laundry? It's a form of cuckolding and feminazism.

I think it's up to the couple to decide who does what in the home and that they stick to it.

It is not for one party to impose anything upon the other. In case you ever wondered why you aren't married, at what is it now, 40ish?

Women can see through this horseshit. That's why they run away.

Yeah, SMAZZA has posted my age before. I'll be 43 in January.

My friend worked 1000 hours of overtime and his housewife won't do the fucking laundry? Fuck that!

Same with another friend but he does not work as much OT.

The more I see these married couple for what they are, the more I realize how lucky I am. And why they idolize me.

A housewife not doing laundry is saying, "Fuck you" to the hubby and kids. Really.

No reason to get married. Everyone should live alone like me and just fuck on weekends.

It's pointless. Just stay single. She has her job and you have yours and you fuck on weekends. And do laundry together, maybe.

this is why people should live together before marriage.

at least two years.

maybe this is the real reason so many women say they don't want to "live together" first. they are afraid that their flaws will be exposed and the man won't want her anymore. clever on their part.

Well, for economic reason, they should live with their parents and save for a home/co-op instead of getting into the rent rut.

I figure your wife does your laundry. You and the wife take turns cooking. And you're handy around the Lawrence household.

In a way you're right. The true sign of success, a real man, is when you can afford a housekeeper so that someone comes over and cleans the bathrooms, kitchen, and does the weekly laundry.

No, it doesn't. People who shack up first are more likely to get divorced. While that's almost certainly an example of selection bias, it shows that shacking up doesn't help make people figure out whether they're right for each other.

It also harms the sanctity of marriage. It makes it worthless. It's all because of the damn religious people who made marriage holy. It's a property arrangement, why would anyone want to live without it?

Living with parents sucks. Losers "live at home."

Marriage is more than a property arrangement. The belief that it's an arrangement for convenience and benefits is one of the poisons in modern relationships.

Some people are "companionable"; they want to spend their lives with a specific "other." Some people are not. They may want the "things" that go with marriage (including sex), but they don't really want to face the loss of autonomy this entails. Therein lies misery.
