I used gays as an analogy because there is no more evidence that Obama was a Muslim than that you are gay.???? But there is. He has Muslim heritage. How is there "gay heritage"? Why would someone say anything about "being gay"? Even if my father was "gay", it's not heriditary. Neither is religion, but when your parents are a religion, and you even go to school for it, there's a tie. Unlike gay. OK, suppose your boss said, Chris is a Baptist? Again, wouldn't you really be annoyed? Not because it was negative but because it was false. Who cares? Seriously. And why would someone say that if my father, morther, grandfather weren't gay and I never went to school in reference to it? Remember, I'm addressing YOUR comment that Obama supporters get upset about this. The reason is that it's false, not that it's pejorative. And they do. If someone puts Obama or his Muslim father, stepfather, grandfather in the same sentence, right away the defense gets pulled out. |
