In analogies, it is understood that situations aren't identical but have some kind of similarlity.The analogy is this: people are saying something false but not detrimental about Obama. Obama supporters resent this. So how about if someone said something false but not detrinetal about you, would you resent it? You've said no, which is fine. But that doesn't change how other people feel. |
