From an MSNBC report: Zimmerman himself was on a prescription for Tamazepam, according to the paramedic's incident report reproducing his medical records. (Tamazepam is also known as Restoril and is prescribed for anxiety and insomnia.) Since Zimmerman was never tested for alcohol or drugs after the shooting, we'll never know what, besides Restoril, was in his system. It is worth noting that Restoril is an anxiety drug, not exactly the best condition for a person with a GUN to be in...
