If the universe hates his budget so much, despite Republican efforts to reach across the aisle and put to a vote in good faith what the democrats wants to inflict on us, why does Obama get to waste so much money, paper, and time giving us trash that no one ever intended to pass??

And why does the Democrats keep sending angry petitions to Obama at his anti-Semitic overtures?
