I think so, too, someone probably picked up a phone. But still, it does raise some interesting questions...like what happens when you're shooting a landmark, for example, and some kid wanders into the frame. Should one then be obligated to delete that particular pic?OTOH, unless I woke up in the former Soviet Union this morning, this kind of public photography is still protected under the First Amendment, creepy though it may appear to some... |
