Posted by JayZeeBMT on Fri Apr 13 11:41:13 2012 The NYPD is looking to talk to a man who has lately been photographing children at play in Brooklyn's Prospect Park. The man, described as having "a really nice camera" with a "zoom lens", has aroused the concern of local parents, although his photography in a public place, as the article acknowledges, is completely legal.Is this legitimate concern for child safety (e.g. "suspicious" photography of children), or another attempt at criminalizing photography? Let me know your thoughts... |
