That area of LIC is already super congested and they keeping building more and more apartments and office space.I don't mind the new office space. It's the new apartments that are stupid (and built like shit). Nowhere to park, no new schools, etc. The ridiculous hotels in Historic SMAZville. In the old days we would have blown up those construction sites. The place was better off in the past when after the office and factory workers went home, the hookers would take over. Unlike the new tofu-eating, lacrosse-loving wannabe-yuppie scum from Nebraska, at least the whores were friendly and I knew them all by name and where they came from. |
