The LIC crowd would feel out of place on Austin Street.That new LIC crowd has no loyalty to LIC/Astoria/Sunnyside. They don't appreciate Queens and make no attempt to even try. They are out-of-towners wanting to be Sarah Jessica Parker or Chloe Sevigny who couldn't afford Manhattan and are mad about it. They are pure Bridge and Tunnel riffraff. They don't even know where Forest Hills or Rego Park is even after they've been here 10 years. I love Manhattan, it's the best, but there is more to NYC than just that. |
