Who cares, we need more housing, and I'd prefer that these people stay on property tax generating properties while paying NYC income tax...I care. Those places only generate good revenue for the city now that they are new and the first generation of idiots bought them at inflated prices. They are so shoddily built and located in such noisy and congested areas that they will become blighted within a decade or two and will then become halfway houses, homeless shelters or drug-rehab places. They are trash. |
