The constitution doesnt say such. Tbe commerce clause is there so states dont tax each other. Noble as elana's ideas on it are....she has to rule on what the constitution SAYS...not what she thinks it should say or wants it to say. There's formal process to change it if need be or desired. That hasnt happened. |
