He will be arrested (or not) depending on the results of a police investigation, not based on why Trayvon was suspended from school. And you should probably prepare yourself for him not being arrested, because I don't think that he will be. Even though he instigated everything, Zimmermann was still behaving lawfully and allowed to defend himself from attack (according to witnesses) using lethal force. |
