You are aware that they are free to nominate whoever they want. The question is how badly they're going to lose.

I wouldn't vote for Rmoney, he's impossible to trust.If a RWNB Congress was to overturn Griswold, Eisenstadt or Roe I do NOT trust him to veto those potential bills. Nor do I trust a republican Congress to not pass them. After all, look at the havoc they caused with their ban on D&X (a procedure that came into use maybe 5000 times since 1973, nor is it anything close to what the RW characterized it as).
