But I think it overlaps only slightly with the fundamentalist block. In cotnrast to 50 years ago, most racists don't go to church nowadays.Exactly. The "staying home" theory would be valid if the other nominee were not a black man. A lot of the non-churchgoing racists would stay home if Romney's opponent were Biden or Hillary. |
