BIG difference...the police didn't stall and actively worked to find suspects. Suspects were arrested pretty quickly. Of the 5 arrested: one got 18 years (federal case), one got 53 years (parole elgibility after 17 and 2/3), two got life without parole, and one got the death penalty.During the course of the case, Waste Connections (a garbage collection company which has a facility next door) bought the house and tore it down. Had the case sat and not been investigated, then you would have had a case. |
