Again, it's not "them vs us", as you seem to think it is. I had a tenant come to me a couple months ago with a bad financial situation, and reduced his rent a bit till he gets back on his feet. They know they have it good, and I am willing to work with people that are good to have, and have a good track record.In any event, do you have a link to back this claim up that isn't from a blog, etc? |
