It sounds like an urban legend to me.If the intention of the landlord is to cut the times and court costs of going through the legal eviction process, this tactic assures the OPPOSITE!! Only a complete idiot landlord or property owner would be stupid enough to try to pull such a stunt and think it will save him money. This must be one of those things that may have happened just once or twice but people with an agenda will call it a "new trend". |
