Kansas, however, can't enforce it. But unlike Texas' law, it applies to both homosexual and heterosexual buggery, as well as fellatio, so I can imagine Kansas making a 14th Amendment case to try to keep its law in force (using Sandra Day O' Connor's concurrence).
