The point at which I consider life beginning and you consider life beginning is immaterial here.

Life and personhood are two different things. A tomato plant is life too.
The question is: do you consider a one month old fetus to be a person?

I am not a woman, therefore, I have NO RIGHT TO REGULATE WHAT WOMEN DO WITH THEIR BODIES.

I'm not a woman either. Does that mean that when a woman kills another woman, it's none of my business?

But, I am also a realist. I know that even if abortion became illegal, people would still try to find ways to abort their babies. Ways that would be more harmful to both the baby AND the mother. Therefore, I feel that if people are going to do it anyways (whether, in my mind, I feel it right or not) precautions need to be made to make the process as safe as possible, and therefore I feel that legalized abortions with the help of trained professionals is preferable.

That's better reasoning but still unacceptable if someone considers a fetus to be an actual person.
It's like saying that gangland murders are OK if done by professional hitmen rather than by coked-up teenagers because it's safer that way.

It's not genocide, and calling it that is disrespectful to the people who have suffered from genocide.

People who believe personhood begins at conception or shortly thereafter call it a genocide. That is one of the definitions of mass murder on such a scale.

It also is different from the murder of someone post-birth as it's universally accepted morally that murder of any human being post-birth is morally WRONG.

Your moral underpinnings should not be conditioned on what the majority feels but on what you think is right and wrong.
The majority is often immoral and you should not feel obligated to go along with them when something is not just simply wrong but inherently evil.
