If I moved from a big college town in Texas, to Bronxville, NY, what would be the hardest thing for me to get used to??Culture shock. Are you Democrat or Republican? I see that you are from a Red state. Although Republicans exist in NYC and New York State in general, they have a very different mentality to the ones in Texas... In the suburbs, you can live a Lone Star lifestyle, pretty much, driving your SUV and all. But the people -- the mentality -- it takes a little getting used to. AEM7AC |
