There are typical Queens/Brooklyn 6 family homes. You will see them everywhere from Jackson Heights to Astoria to Ridgewood to Bushwick to all over Brooklyn and Queens (and even the Bronx). There are litterally 10's of Thousands of them, and they were all built in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
