Would you like to go there? The 8th Amendment made sense when people were tarred and feathered or had their heads cut off Do us a favor and go live in a dictatorship. Also shows that you are 100 percent ignorant as to where the concepts of prohibitions of excessive bail and cruel/unusual punishment come from . . . no, they didn't originate with the US Constitution. |
