He likely ISN'T wrong though ... no bells in the Albany diocese either. As to the cable box thing, don't remember that. But if he said you don't need a cable box to watch cable, that is ALSO true ... on cable-ready sets, most cable systems still have most of their old analog channels still going strong. In fact, was over at mom-in-law's house last night and they gave her a box which she refuses to use because she has a VCR and wants to be able to record something other than she's watching. So in HER case, no cable box and she's fine ... |
