It's privately owned land, as long as it's legally zoned for a paticullar use, who are we to stop them.The real problem is that even though we have separation of church and state in this country, religious institutions can do whatever they want in regards to zoning. They don't need to follow zoning laws. (I don't mean building codes, I mean other zoning laws. |
