Fair enough, I happen to disagree. But in any event when was the last white family that moved in? Why wouldn't an old white family still living there encourage their children to either take over the home or purchase a home close to them rather than running out to LI, SI or NJ?

If what you claim is correct, this would not be an issue and Real Estate firms wouldn't keep changing the name of the remaining white communities to calm the fears.
I.E. Flatlands became Old MIll Basin, Then when Old Mill Basin went down the drain and it creeped into Mill Basin, Mill Basin was changed to Mill Island.
