It's funny how everyone in this thread like Spider-Pig, SMAZ, and trainsarefun bring up race, thinking I'm attacking blacks b/c I openly admit that I would prefer to live in a neighborhood that is mostly white middle-class. I say that b/c I want to avoid Hispanics.

You mentioned Asians and Latinos. The former is a race, the latter is sometimes treated like one.
