Posted by Jersey Mike on Sat Feb 6 20:02:55 2010 In a speech that was perhaps shockingly predictable, Republican congressman Tom Tancredo suggested in his opening speech at the Tea Party convention that old school literacy tests should be brought back to prevent people like President Obama from ever being elected again.
