As such, I would call it more of Obama spitting in the face of the GOP saying that he dares them to stop Sotomayor's confirmation (which I don't think that they can).

If that is true, Obama would be despicable. So much for "one country", and "nonpartisan" politics in this administration if that is the case. Ah yes, a divider instead of a uniter?
