Sadly, affirmative action sometimes leaves doubt in the minds of many when minorities and women advance. "She got the job because she's a woman". "He got the job because they were looking for an Asian". Happens all the time.Cases like the one involving the New Haven Firefighters is a great example of why people think this way. |
