I did hear already that you are allowed to "feed" children, or sick people can eat on fast days (as Pig stated), so should have assumed it was alright to handle food for pets too.I found this a little puzzling from the link you provided: When tearing any packagaing, one must be sure that no letters or pictures are torn. It is permitted to cut or tear between the letters of a word or between words I wonder what the difference would be if you didn't tear for example the word through a letter in "Doritos" or if you split the "r" in Doritos, which is wrong to do. |
