What I find amusing is that here in America, it's the same story. And that's why we're picking on Hispanics. But it's GENUINELY dishonest to be making all this inflamatory horseshit when the reality isn't what people are being told.Any nation has the right to its OWN self-determination. Israel has the right to declare Judaism as its official religion, as does Iran to establish its own, and for other nations to not interfere with the self-determination of others. It's when violence BETWEEN nations occurs that each nation has the right to defend itself and kick ass if it must to protect itself. What bothers ME though is other nations interfering with my own, and vice versa ... if Chavez wants to lead his people into oblivion, and they accede to it, FINE. If he wants to attack Colombia, big problem. Same for so many other conflicts around the world. Aggressors must be stopped, including the Palestinians. But they must also be given the opportunity to be as stupid as they wish - within their OWN border. |
