I'd prefer Minorty-owned firms getting construction contracts instead of companies with 'minority quotas' which is BS....most companies hire some token person to do a lame job like direct traffic instead of hiring them for a meaningful job and HIGHER paying job just like the other workers are getting. Firms that hire for qutoa reasons only are just hiding their own racism. |
