If your job HAD to choose from a minority owned business that is odd. I can understand that a minority-owned business should be INCLUDED in the bidding process (and should not be indicated as such either). That would be the fair bidding practice. Might I ask WHAT City Agency you worked for during the summer, SIR Clayton? |
