Absolutely, and this is why this has gone too far (and again, I don't even smoke!), but totally feel this is completely wrong. I totally understand it being illegal inside most public buildings, but it has gone too far when it's become illegal to smoke on the sidewalk, in private cars, and in private homes. And that is the next step which is now materializing, now that the first round of nanny laws were put out on it.
