Even the thought of raking a leaf, to say nothing of stalking live meat, is repulsive to me. So when the house of cards tumbles, I fear I'll be trapped in the detritus. But hey. Nothing like a "big finish" as they say on Broadway.But I recognize that alternate plans may be necessary- so I'm working on my ability to assimilate culturally elsewhere. I'm 100% fluent in Sp and Fr, could get German up to speed if necessary BUT- in my free time-- no b.s., bro-- I'm learning Chinese. |
