Agreed 100%.

Note that I specifically said gun control - not abolition, which as I pointed out would be contrary to the Second Amendment.

The United States is not going to abolish the Second Amendment.

Control includes registration, training, background checks, insurance requirements, and limitations on firepower. Just like we have on cars.
