Why, even if that is your intent, would you think that it's a good idea to state that your choice of a Supreme Court Justice would be of a specific race or a specific sex. Why not just say that you'll pick someone eho is highly qualified and then when it turns out to be a black female he can say that she was chosen based only on qualification. "Best" or "most" is highly subjective after all. |
