I wish someone could come up with a dollar figure. Because, let’s face it, it all comes down to money. Whether it’s a slip and fall in a Walmart or reparations to former slaves, people who were related to former slaves, people who thought they may have been related to slaves, etc. I’m fucking sorry. If I had been alive at that time(but I wasn’t) I would have never owned slaves. But please, just tell me how much money do you need from me so I never have to have to listen to this undeserved pity party again. |
