I am pro-Death penalty in certain cases. If the maximum sentence is life without parole and your crime has hit that, what stops you from going further? On the other hand, making too much eligible for the death penalty will lead to the same issue because if you can get the needle without killing somebody, you might as well kill them so they can't identify you. |
