New Hampshire has no seatbelt laws. Thems what wanna wear them are free to wear them. All these anecdotes like, "my car doesn't move until everyone is nuckled." are idiotic. Did you do it before November 1? Then you didn't need another law, did you? In CT or PA there are no motorcycle helmet laws. I don't need a law to tell me to wear one. Seems some need the nanny state to rule every aspect of their lives. Free choice is evil.
