These rental properties are not owned by mega corporations, and even if they were, who cares?I have a number of clients who are absolutely reeling right now. Most are husbands and wives who are lucky enough to own a multi-family dwelling. They have already seen their property values decimated by New York legislature imposing onerous regulations on landlords, and now they are struglling to pay their mortgage and taxes because they don't have rent coming in. |
