Lighten up a little. I've gotten mine today also. The problem here is that I was expecting a paper check. Instead I got the same thing you got. Who the hell is "Money Financial Network"? If that don't seem like a bullshit outfit, nothing does.
How the hell is someone going to know that their stimulus $$$ is going to come in the form of a debit card? I've gotten invitations from scammers in the mail inviting me to get a credit card with a $1000 credit line (at 29% interest). They go right into my shredder. This almost made it there too. Just happened to open up the envelope, read the literature & lo and behold it was the stimulus $$$. Too bad it don't work. Got my personal pin, credit line verification & thought I was good to go. Wrong. Time to work the phones tomorrow
Bottom line, its easy to mistake the debit card from Uncle Sam for a scam offer the way its adressed. In our currently paranoid society, the worst case scenario is always suspected.
Too bad we all can't be as smart as you
