I want to add that I read about this BS* card and I suggest that Jim not eat the ATM fee. There is no ATM fee only for the first withdrawal, then it’s $2 per transaction, on top of whatever your out of network ATM charges. And there’s a limit of $1000 per day. So if you pay the $3 to get your first $1000, you’ll have to pay $5 to get your remaining $192. It may be found money, but it’s found taxpayers’ money, and a lot of that came from yourself, and that $8 doesn’t go back to Uncle Sam, it goes to [Greedy Banker Character].
