I just heard that Thor Equities has purchased the MTA's Coney Island Yard complex for $8 million. Thor will build a parking lot and a ferry terminal for people who are coming to Coney Island. They are also ironing out the final details for the purchase of Stillwell Avenue Terminal. Should this occur, Q service will terminate at Ocean Parkway, N service at 86th Street, F Service at Ave X and D service at 25th Ave. 24 hour shuttle bus service will be provided.
