I guess the whole area around Nathan's is going to be redeveloped. I read several months back that Nathan's Corp, sold a big empty piece of property, directly behind the hot-dog stand to a developer for luxury housing.This is a rectagular piece just to the south of the stand and was used as a flea market when the MOD did their Sunset over Stillwell trip about 2 years ago. |
