I disagree. LGBTQ people have been "easy to hate" for centuries. I think it will be another century before LGBTQ people gain full equality.In any case, I was pointing out that the same justification used to refuse or exclude LGBTQ people, can also be applied to other groups, as the OP demonstrates. I do believe Judaism will gain universal acceptance before LGBTQ people do. Even in Judaism, there are those who see bring LGBTQ as wrong, and exclude those individuals from Jewish life. |
