It shouldn’t have even been disorderly conduct. That being said, many Judges in summons parts in New York City will plead everything they can to disorderly conduct and a nominal fine. Only time I didn’t have that was a client here on a legal pathway to citizenship that Judge gave a health code violation as that wouldn’t impact future citizenship. |
