Because every senior housing building or development is safe and supportive of heterosexual tenants.

LGBTQ seniors aren't always welcomed into "mainstream" senior housing, especially if said senior citizen is transgender. I actually know LGBTQ seniors who were refused senior housing because other tenants objected to having gay neighbors.

Every senior housing facility is "heterosexual" by default, like so many other things in our society.
