The article quote I posted says she reviewed the video, and is trained to recognize chokeholds and the postmortem evidence they produce.

I tend to put more stock in the testimony of the professional who actually examined Garner's body, and saw the video of the mechanism of injury, than a self-serving version of events offered by Pantaleo's lawyers or the PBA.
