Her written findings described Garner's injuries and their causes well within the requirements of state law. They were sufficient for presentation to the Grand Jury in her absence.

As for me "always stick[ing] up for the perps, just because they are black", that's just shameless racial dog-whistling in an attempt to discredit the truth, which is that Pantaleo choked Garner to death on video for all the world to see, the postmortem forensic evidence proves it, and a white cop got away with murdering another Black man yet again.

Pretending Garner somehow committed suicide by wrapping his neck around Pantaleo's arm won't change these facts.
